Amazing place with great people. You will not find a better coffee anywhere. If you have not tried it you need to try the cold brew
Very passionate about what they do. Great quality coffee. Very family oriented, did not mind that we had 2 small children with us on the tour. Will continue to buy coffee from them.

My husband owned coffee shops for years and it considers himself quite the aficionado. When we first heard about Black Powder, we were so excited to have a local Mooresville roaster and hope they would be at least good. But they weren't...they were fantastic!!! I just ordered 5 pounds of the Peaberry beans which arrived literally the day after I ordered it. The owners are extremely well educated on coffee beans the harvesting where they come from and bean quality. It's the only coffee I'm buying from here on out!!
My GF and I took the tour today and couldn't have been more impressed! Dave was super nice, incredibly knowledgable and makes one hell of a cup of coffee! Also, their prices on craft coffee by the pound are super reasonable.
