3rd time was a charm using Black Pearl Party Tents. I used them for three graduation parties I’ve had over the years and they are awesome to work with.
I am so happy that I used Black Pearl Party Tents for my daughter's baby shower in May. The owner Jesse Danka was very easy to work with. He was punctual with everything and made the day so much easier. Everything was very clean - the tent, chairs, tables and linens were crisp. When I had to make a change with needing more chairs it was no problem. He made an onsite visit to ensure that everything would fit in the backyard. Jesse with Black Pearl Party Tents saved my event as It rained a good portion of the day! Throughout the booking/payment process, Jesse was responsive and very easy to work with. On the day of my event, he was on time, set the tents up in the rain and was great to talk to. The tents were in perfect condition and if I have another event where we need tents, I’ll definitely be giving him a call.
Had a fantastic experience with Jessie, got a 20 foot tent set up for an event we had this weekend, it was up in no time and when it came time to load it up it was down before we knew it. Fantastic service and communication - would and definitely will use them again in the future.
