Great stuffing good prices
This place doesn't know what a "Po-boy" is. Po-boys don't come on a soft hoagie buns. It's a sandwich and not a Po-boy. All Po-boys come on crispy French baguettes (small french bread). And the gumbo was very bland. Gave them 3 tries and all were disappointing.
Excellent food and service... I recommend the oysters Rockefeller and the soft shell crab sandwich... apparently I was the only one whoever closed the sandwich as it was so big... had to do a Guy’s big bite on that bad boy!! Absolutely delicious
Was recommended by a counselor at A&M during s tour of campus. Have lived in Galveston county for many years and did not know about this JEM. All food ordered was amazing! We will definitely return for the food and the cocktails. Also the waitstaff and bartender very efficient and friendly.
Great menu with healthy options and leftovers to take home! The smell of their food just eminent the place!

It was a long wait to be seated on a Saturday night but worth it. Recommend the shrimp cocktail. My wife, son and I shared it as an appetizer and didn’t finish it. We each had a different entree. Very happy with the experience at Black Pearl.
