Local special – We can walk to the Black Pearl from our house and do often. BA has always been a great server (in the 4 star way) and the food is very satisfying. You'll never go back to normal chow mein noodles, their home made chow mein noodles are terrific and they have the best hot and sour soup in the city! Small, local, and good is the way I describe the Black Pearl.
