Took bike in for a vinyl wrap, told it would be ready Friday at 10:30, received no call so had to call instead and was told instead they were only able to do back panels and the tank was too hard for them. Went to pick up bike, received partial refund for unskilled labor, waited an hour since an employee had my bike key then when they arrive told I have to wait longer since a car is being tinted and it’s blocked in. I called ahead and scheduled an appointment for a sun strip across my windshield. The gentleman on the phone suggested a time and date and I agreed. I arrived on time, but was greeted by what appeared to be a manager on a video call on his laptop. He told me someone would be right with me and then went into his office. Saluting Chad and his amazing Black Optix Tint company in Summerville for their responsive and professional services! After two years in the city, it was indeed time to tent the two front windows on my vehicle - I don't know why I didn't do this sooner.
