I was quoted a price for tinting all of my van’s windows, including the front windshield. When I came back to pick up the vehicle, the windshield wasn’t tinted and I was told the original quote was “too low” because they’re paid on commission. They tried to charge more for what was already quoted. Even though I had an appointment, I still had to wait days to get the windshield done. Very unprofessional, inconsistent pricing, and disappointing customer service.
Isaac at Black Optix Tint in Murrell's Inlet is fantastic. I had very old tint stripped from my car, and it was a horrendous job. The pieces were coming off in flakes, and it was very time-consuming. Isaac was professional, unruffled and fastidious in taking off the old tint and putting on new tint. He kept me in the loop on what was happening and was patient as can be. Thank you Isaac. Highly recommend!
More work done by Black Optics Garden City on my Suzuki sport tourer. Added 2 more bluetooth speakers; accent lighting and color shifting wrap on the painted surfaces. Great job guys!
Got my 2007 4Runner tinted in the ceramic film! I drive for work and it keeps so much heat out of the car in the summer & looks amazing
