Tom has managed a multifamily property for me for 15 years. He does an excellent job in taking care of the physical and financial responsibilities of the property. This includes itemized monthly and year end reports. As important, he is considerate of all the tenants, making sure they have a quiet, comfortable environment. I would recommend Black Mountain Property Management without reservation.

Don't even have to rent with this company to understand from a brief phone call that this is not a business to rent from, with the gentleman and his unprofessional attitude, and rudeness. i would defiantly find someone else. Told me he cant say no to service animals but had already decided that i would not be the one.....
