First of all I would like to say, don't try to call in a order as they talk on the phone all the time with there loved ones and friends. so you can never get a call thru 698-4000 the Harker heights store. second least go to the food the fries are too spice, the tomoats they use are green, and the meat is cooked raw. I think that the owner of this location should at least have some unannounced visit to the store. when they first open I was a full time customer now I will take my business to Five Guys Hamburg's.
Excellent food! But don't TAJE it from me take it from the crowd that practically appeared from nowhere. We came in a after a few minutes there was a line line out the door. Love this place . Yes it was lunch time
I go there often with my daughter and husband and today was absolutely horrible service. The manager was friendlier than the other employees. The employee was absolutely rude and snapped at mine I was leaving which lead to a complaint to her manager.
