wow!! krystal is absolutely amazing. she fit me in before christmas despite a busy schedule & was so kind & informative about everything. i especially appreciated how she informed me about what she was doing and why—it helped me understand SO MUCH about my hair that, before, because i couldn’t communicate what needed to change, was often making me dissatisfied with cuts in the past, if that makes sense. she’s a great interesting conversationalist (i had a great time!!) but if you prefer not to talk you can just let her know ... read more

One huge thing I hope people learn about Krystal is that she works with a much wider variety of hair types than what's typically represented in these reviews and wider social media. So no matter what your hair is like it wouldn't hurt to simply ask Krystal, she's a seasoned professional that'll give you a quick confident answer as to what can be done. I have such anxiety about getting my hair cut due to previous experiences. I loved everything about this place! Krystal took time to listen, which is kinda unheard of these days with hair stylists, and get a vision of what I wanted. She is truly a hair artist! She made me feel so at ease that I just let her work her magic and didn't even think twice about it. I absolutely love my haircut and got many compliments.
