You'd better hope you never have to take them to arbitration or mediation, which I did, and agreed to a settlement for them not doing the work that was promised and over-billing me. However, that settlement amount was never actually paid, surprise surprise. Wouldn't trust Joe ever.
Joe and team were fantastic, the work was first class and timely. All of the workers were courteous and kind toward our family and working around us. It was a pleasure utilizing Black Label and will my first choice on the project our family does. Thanks again.
