I had Corey as one of my personal trainer. I always felt insecure & didn’t know what I was doing. He listened & came up w/ a game plan for me, knowledgeable & patient. He even went above & beyond w/ printing out nutrition & motivating stuff he knew I would enjoy. I highly recommend him!

Started my Crossfit journey in California with these coaches and now live elsewhere. I visit and workout here every time I am in town. I travel the country and drop in every major city in the US and can’t find better coaches �. If you live in OC and are looking for a place to do Crossfit, you can’t go wrong with Black Label Athletics!
