RecommendedThe Environment And All the Students
Beautiful campus. Lots of off campus recreations. Hiking swimming, fishing? Skiing and snowboarding, mountain biking. Lakes, trails zip lines. You name it they have it. This is like one of the best places for people who want to further their education and enjoy life to its fullest all at the same time.
It has a small school feel to it but is a large beautiful campus. Everyone is so friendly !
DO NOT go here! I was told by my advisor that I would not have to pay for my semester since I had to have surgery and would be out of school for some time! She lied!! They charged me over $7,000.00 and since I couldn't pay it the Board of Reagents sent me to collections. They also put a hold on my driver's license so now I can't even drive! They are liars and shady! Please choose a school who's true to their word!

Years ago, I dissed BH, calling it a joke. Now, years later, I realize that I might have been the joke. I think the issue was that I was a 27-year-old Vietnam vet with a bad drug and alcohol problem. I now, know, that BH was a great experience and gave me all the tools necessary to have worked in my chosen field of journalism and, in fact, to come back after ten years on medical retirement to start my own newspaper for the community of Sturgis.
