Water heater replacement, 2 shower valves and water softener installation. Eric is young, but old school responsible. I am a contractor capable of performing these jobs, but I value my time and prefer to invest in making enough to pay him. Can't go wrong.
I had a small leak - he came out next day in the morning, was on time, professional and had it all fixed and then some! Went the extra mile to improve what was already there. He will be my only plumber from now on! Highly recommend!
This guy had to drive about 30-35 miles to get to my remote residence. Did not charge extra for that. Diagnosed the issue, performed the repair, verified the repair, and was done. Only took him about 30 minutes. Very courteous, very professional. Had all the right tools and the needed part on his very organized truck (you can tell a lot about a technician or repairman by how organized they are). I was so satisfied, I tipped him! Wow!!! Old time amazing customer service. We have encountered Eric now three times. He is the real deal. He is honest and explains things very well. I almost died the other night when we had a plumbing urgent issue and HE ACTUALLY ANSWERED THE PHONE!!!!! The owner!!! He is the only one we will now have take care of our needs. Thank you Eric.
