Long wait, rude staff, incorrectly billed. Had to call multiple times to get things straightened out, and I still don’t know if these issues (caused by them) are remedied. Long hold times on the phone. So long, I simply drove to the place and talked to them in person. Even in person no one seemed to know anything, and was not helpful. Hold times on the telephone were so long it would send me to their voicemail. I’d leave a voicemail and no one calls back. Not impressed, doctor was nice on initial visit, but had to contact office to get MRI orders sent in and try to find out if they got images back then they wouldn’t schedule a follow up until a week and a half later to get the results, found it very unorganized and unprofessional
I’m very angry about the way the practitioner nurse and the staff treated my toddler every time we go. Like seriously, my child just wanted a candy and they hidden from us. I can’t said nothing about the doctors but the staff it’s rude and have zero tolerance for children. Not coming back…
Great staff. Dr Mormon in my opinion is the best hand surgeon in Wyoming
