They are all amazing and would refer anyone there.
Dr. Crossland and his crew were outstanding. Had 3 wisdom teeth pulled. I was nervous going in yesterday morning, but the care I received was exceptional. All were professional....caring....and compassionate. Recovery is going well :) And Dr Crossland even called me last night to see how I was doing. This morning, another staff name Steve called & was checking on me so that really means a lot to me..Excellent care & I would highly recommend this place to everyone!! Thank you so much!

The doctors and staff at Black Hills Oral Surgery were professional and extremely welcoming the second we walked into the door. I would like to thank Brittany, Kathy, Tessa, Laurie, Carol, Pam, and Dr Richman for making this potentially unpleasant tooth extraction into a seamless procedure surrounded by caring and kind professionals. Very good experience. I do not like any dental experience but here they made me comfortable and got me right in. Dr Brian Richman is amazing and even called me that evening to see how I was doing. Excellent care
Staff manager in this practice is a unique piece of work. I can not find a redeemable quality in this office after the mass staff exit. That alone speaks volumes in how this practice is ran. Experienced, comforting assistants are now gone. I guess this office feels like out with the older assistants and in with the new ones....HMM
