I was very nervous because I had never had any teeth extracted. The front desk staff was so good about working with me. on my scheduling the nurses were very good about explaining why they needed more x-rays. and finally Dr. Crossland did a wonderful job in not only pulling my teeth but he also cared about me being comfortable. I would definitely recommend them.
Genuinely Impressed! I have a 13 year old daughter with special needs. We have seen dozens of specialists all over the country for various issues. She was treated with world-class care right here in Rapid City. Can not be more pleased with the concern, respect, efficiency, and competency provided by Dr. Van Dam.

Called Wed (11/29) about my 15yr old daughter's wisdom teeth causing her pain, and they had us in by Friday (12/1). Dr. Morgan even called to check on her later that night after her surgery. It was her first surgery ever, and they took very good care of her.
My son broke his jaw(and 3 teeth) on Good Friday 2016, and our local dentist contacted Black Hills Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery to have a surgeon meet us at the hospital in RC (we live in Pierre). He did the surgery, calmed all our fears, and did follow up phone calls periodically till his next appt. This past April I was diagnosed with a cyst that had destroyed my lower jaw bone, and again we were sent to BHO&MS. I just had all 4 of my wisdom teeth extracted Friday and I was very scared prior to arriving at the office. The moment I got there, all my uneasiness melted away! Such great doctors and staff!! They made me comfortable as they prepared me for surgery and had me laughing until I fell asleep! They took phenomenal care of me! I definitely recommend them and plan to use them for any future oral surgeries I may have!
