They turned off my gas for no reason I'm still a paying customer,.and I am now without heat all thanksgiving and weekend because no tech wants to turn my gas back on
They forced me to pay my ex husbands delinquent bill before they would turn on my service. We hadn’t been living together during the time he wasn’t paying it. They said if I could prove I wasn’t living there then I wouldn’t have to pay. I had my landlord send the paperwork proving it and they kept saying they didn’t get it. So either I paid it or I couldn’t move into to my new place. So basically they forced me to pay a bill that wasn’t mine
This conpany knows you have no other options and treats you like dirt. In the past several years they have admitted it it their policy to mislead customers, shut off gas for repairs for several hours in sub zero heat, submit your bank payments three days before it is supposed to, charged you for service gaurd and then say they can’t come out to fox appliances because of orders from the local health department ( the health department made no such orders) and charge you for David plan when they won’t cover repairs due to the a... read more
