I had a meter exchange twice now. The first one was canceled because they said they were short staffed. The second was canceled and nobody called to inform of this. So I got up at 7 both times just to wait and wait. Then when I called to ask the operator was completely uncaring about my problem and was more worried about setting up paperless billing options. If I could leave less than 1 star I would. Very unhappy
Took a half day off of work so I could be home when scheduled services were to be done. Called multiple times, ended up being told that they tried to reach out and no contact was made. I have no missed calls and have been home all day. This company is a joke, no customer service

If I could give zero stars I would I had signed up with their "insurance" paid out of pocket for my ac unit. My old unit was 26 years old i guess the plan i had replaces parts not the entire unit. You can only get that plan after you've been with them for a year. Which I was with them for several years. Why would I not sign up for the entire replacement plan on a unit that old when they dont even use that refrigerant anymore?? Terrible to work with absolutely ridiculous, but what can you expect in this day and age right?
I love BHE!! They are the best and really care about the safety of their customers. Their professional technician corrected an immeadiate safety concern today, July 11, 2025. I don't personally indentify people on the internet but his first initial was T, on Karl Drive and he deserves recognition. Thank you and many blessings!
