Over a month waiting to get my service 😒 we keep calling and no one' knows why or when 😌
If I could give zero stars I would I had signed up with their "insurance" paid out of pocket for my ac unit. My old unit was 26 years old i guess the plan i had replaces parts not the entire unit. You can only get that plan after you've been with them for a year. Which I was with them for several years. Why would I not sign up for the entire replacement plan on a unit that old when they dont even use that refrigerant anymore?? Terrible to work with absolutely ridiculous, but what can you expect in this day and age right?
I love BHE!! They are the best and really care about the safety of their customers. Their professional technician corrected an immeadiate safety concern today, July 11, 2025. I don't personally indentify people on the internet but his first initial was T, on Karl Drive and he deserves recognition. Thank you and many blessings!
Everyone saying that the customer service team is rude, I am sorry your experience was like that. This past week I have been on and off the phones with BHE and they have been nothing but understanding and sweet. My only complaint is they cancelled my turn on date due to my silly land lord But Marissa today was the sweetest person and helped me reschedule today and talked me through everything.
They turned off my gas for no reason I'm still a paying customer,.and I am now without heat all thanksgiving and weekend because no tech wants to turn my gas back on
