Fours years ago I purchased a new furnace for my home, the furnace was not running correctly, so I had what is called "Serviceguard" For two years off and on we have not had service using a hot plate to warm up water to take a bath and to warm our home. I have turned them into the Better Business Bureau and still they will not take responsibility for messing up my furnace.
