Front desk staff people were two of the most UNFRIENDLY people I have ever encountered. But there were a lot of older caucasian clients. And well. They were funny to ME a person of color. But by golly every other sally and dick that walked in were GOLDEN. I don’t think they were happy that I had insurance and then were surprised I could Self Pay. . . The nerve. I swear there should just be some people who work at home or. . . Idk. Y’all can do better.
Doctor Greg Gruba has provided my chiropractic care as needed and on a regular schedule, for 16 of my 30 year life. I enjoy that the staff, as a whole, work together to ensure your visits are timely, and all my needs are met. Integrity is what I look for in a local business, and they have it.
Dr.Swensen and the staff at BHC are always so wonderful. Dr.Swensen has gone above and beyond to help me and my son. Thank you all very much for being so thoughtful and taking the time to really help us.
