2.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 5 Star : Repair Quality 4 Star : Customer Service They lost a part of my car(cargo liner/cover) I called them asking about it,they say they will look for it and call me back but they never did, I called them twice ,seems like they just didn't care about the issue.. and yes I'm pretty sure the cargo liner was in the car when I dropped it in their shop. They did a good job and fast but... Is not professional to just ignore the issue like that.now I'll have to buy a new cargo liner.
