Was disappointed that a 45 minute evaluation for over $300+ that told me he's not sure and want to put in a part ($800 more for a thermopile) that "might" fix it but might not. Then suggested I put in a new gas fire place for around $12,000. Since the only problem is the.pilot light not working correctly i thought I'd pay a couple hundred to fix it all.
