Jacob was very friendly and prompt. Weather did not permit us to continue.
Jacob was very thorough while diagnosing the gas fireplace insert at my mom's house! He inspected everything that he could and we did not find the problem with the unit so we may need to replace it and I will find out more this coming Monday.
He took the time to show me the video of the stove and was able to answer my questions and gave advice how to prevent further creosote.Couldn't be more impressed with Jacob!
