The two young men who took care of cleaning my dryer vent were polite, efficient and thorough. They found a bird's nest AND a wire cleaning brush that a technician from another company left in my vent 2 years ago! I highly recommend Black Goose. Also the office staff are caring and helpful. I will be calling them next year to clean my dryer vent again and also my fireplace.
