Very impressive team that gives you a real deep evaluation of your problems and they explain the process they'll take that will bring you less pain and more comfort. They utilize multiple techniques and are constantly researching best practices. I wouldn't go any where else!
Jake and Jess are super friendly and awesome to work with - their welcome staff is great too! Black & Gold is a few blocks from downtown Iowa City as well as the Iowa campus. Perfect for students or those who work from downtown.

Dr. Jess performed the weight loss acupuncture on me about a week ago. Dr. Jess was very kind and very informative about what each point meant. She made me feel really comfortable considering this was my first ever acupuncture. I can't wait to go back. I would highly recommend them for any of their services!
