There return policy sucks. I went in and purchased a wig never took it out of the bag the next day went to go and take it back and they wouldn’t even take it back even though i hadn’t opened it. I was really going through something the day that I purchased that wig. The young lady in there Jessica the assistant manager was so rude. The young lady Rene who helped me in my time of need was amazing. I think if the management wasn’t so rude and nasty then I would say recommend but I don’t.

Had the ugliest experience. When I would call to ask about a certain wig they all raised their voice and gave me ugly attitude and my voice was very low with them. I don’t know why Black Fox continues to hire unprofessional, low-class girls. But I’m done dealing with bad service, especially how much money I spend here. But my money will go elsewhere from now on.

Please don’t shop Black Fox Beauty supply store on W.W. White Rd. They discriminate against their on black people. My daughter and niece went to purchase hair from their establishment. After they exchanged currency with them they called the police on them accusing them for passing counterfeit money. After having two police examine the money finding that the 2 hundred dollars bills were not counterfeit. They said that they were two young black girl and it just didn’t look right. A few of the girls that work there are very rude, a young woman that I know worked there for a long time. I was in the wig area checking out the wigs. I didn't know I wasn't suppose to be back there. Her attitude in letting me know something was very ugly and disrespectful. Then after that she followed me outside as if I stole something.

They are discriminative against Native American/Irish descents I went in the black fox beauty supply last Wednesday to get an application and a packet of glue on nails,and one clerk looked at me when I asked for an application and said "we dont have any applications" the way I took it is that they don't want someone who looks like me working in the store. They are awesome. They will help you find what you're looking for. I buy all my wigs from here. I send a lot of customers to them not to the ones scared to come down from behind their counter. I'm just saying.
