Jackie & Daryl did their thing. Had the pleasure of seeing The Teddy Pendergrass story and it was first class and the Black Ensemble Structure is a beautiful venue and everything about this show was phenomenal. Can't wait to see additional shows. Absolutely loved it.

The Black Ensemble Theater produces phenomenal plays. I have attended plays at the theater for well over 15 years and have never been disappointed. I am patiently waiting to see the production next month - Jackie Wilson Story. Unbelievable talented singers and Actors.

I have been going to the Black Ensemble for a whole lot of years. Have watch it grow from a small place to the beautiful place it is today. The shows are Great. And I always try to see each show twice. What has always empress me about Ms. Jackie and the actors is they are always in the lobby after doing their show to mingle and talk with the people. I saw The Marvin Gaye Story...deeply moving and a true appreciation of his talents...well performed.
I love going to the Black Ensemble it's so convenient for me. I catch me a 3:00 show and get back home before its too late. The casts are awesome they are a singing crew I'm going to see everything as long as it has a 3:00 show. I would advise everyone go to see a show you will not be disappointed. Such a friendly environment as soon as you walk in the door.
Only went once to see a play about a year ago. Very good. Great sound and a nice mix of live classical music, jazz, and original composition. Nice venue.
