This was our very first bed and breakfast experience and it was absolutely amazing. The place is gorgeous, our room was a dream, New Smyrna was beautiful even with the rainy weekend we had during our stay, everything made for a great anniversary getaway. It most definitely lives up to the reviews on here & TripAdvisor. The family running this Inn are some of the nicest people you'll ever meet, even down to the housekeeping girls! The Black Dolphin Inn is off the beaten path ,but is close enough to the beach strip. We loved this because it was quiet and peaceful with a beautiful view of intercoastal. It is family owned and operated with a clean and relaxing atmosphere. The owners and staff were really friendly and very accommodating. This was our first stay here as an anniversary and we are planned on coming back to stay in all the different rooms they have available. We recommend staying here if you are looking for a serene romantic environment.
Great place to stay. Everyone treated you like family. Room was incredible. Highly recommend.
