Very friendly staff. Have a hoser match this weekend and talked to Tiffany on Monday and told her about the shoot. She that she would look into getting it out that day. She fulfilled her word and got them out. Received them today two days before the match. Thank you Tiffany for the excellent service

Ordered a 30rd stick mag for my son's Puma .22, for Christmas. It was here 2 days before scheduled delivery and it works great! Look forward to doing buisness with them in the future.
I placed the order over a week ago, they charged my card then just silence. I have left 2 voice mails (they never answer the phone) and sent 3 emails asking for a shipping update and they just ignore me. it could have already been shipped but I have no idea. This type of customer service ins not acceptable, I will never do business with them again
Manager Racheal diligently worked with me to resolve an issue I had with some of their magazines, I would not hesitate to buy any of BDM's products
