RecommendedWe have always found Black Dog to be kind and caring, but it's in that toughest time of your pets life that you see how much they really care. We had to have our Boe euthanized last week and from the time we crossed the threshold into Black Dog until we left, we were treated with such kindness, thoughtfulness, and respect. Thank you Black Dog for being who you are!
Just had my cat in for a spay and they did such an excellent job. I was able to drop her off in the morning and Jill the surgical tech explained everything they were going to do and what to expect. When I picked Gloria up this afternoon Jill went through all the after care requirements and answered all my questions and concerns (Nervous cat-dad). It's pretty clear that they care about animals and their owners and I will happily continue to work with them!
Thank you to the staff at BDAH. When we lost our Kooper last night, it was devastating. But you guys were comforting and made things as easy as possible. My life has forever been changed by the loss of my best friend, but I thank you for being so supportive. There is not another vet clinic that I would ever go to. Thank you again for all of your help. We need more places and people like you.

They are simply the best! I recommend them to anyone I can, and every person who went that I recommended them to comes back raving about how amazing their experience was. They are attentive and understanding and treat my dog and the others I've known to go there like their own.
