RecommendedWe have had excellent care at Black Dog! My pup is deaf and the staff has gone above and beyond to make Sure we are happy and we’ll cared for. I have a senior dog as well. He has joint issues and kidney disease and black dog has helped us balance pain meds while maintaining healthy kidneys!
We had to make the heartbreaking decision to put our 15 year old dog down and when our normal vet could not help I called here and they were phenomenal. They were so caring and empathetic, knowing how hard the choice was for us. They truly care and it meant so much to us. On top of everything else, we received a very nice card in the mail today. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

This clinic is phenomenal. Had an emergency at closing time with my cat Josie. I'm not a client and they had another emergency in clinic that they were dealing with. They made time to see her and it was a life saver! I am so grateful to Dr. Scott-Dodd and the wonderful Vet Tech that explained med administration with me. I had questions the next day and the Techs were patient and helpful. After 20 years at another clinic I am changing to Black Dog! I would like to send a huge thank you to all of your staff . I emailed a request for a euthanasia appointment on Thursday noc and was never so relieved when you called right at opening time on Friday to set up an appointment. Your staff was kind, compassionate, and reassuring this was the right choice. Furthermore , whomever, called me to set up the appointment was so patient, here I was ugly crying on the phone and the poor thing could barely understand me, god bless whom ever called me, she was awesome!
