Great place! Not from the area but I happened to be in St. Paul and thought I'd get my windows tinted and I wanted a place where I can just walk in. And Black Diamond was it! I called and they gave me a price and told me to bring it in right away. The guys were very nice and friendly. 100% recommend it!
