Our Viper system locked us out (installed by Best Buy) and after Best Buy would not fix it we called Black Diamond. they even stayed late on a Friday so we could pick it up.
I have had them do tinting on 2 of my trucks and also put a Viper Remote system in my wife's car. everything has been great. next project is a large bay window to get tinted in my home that I am getting a bid on. Today they are uninstalling a Viper system in a lease return. Then after that my wife's new car is coming in to get her windows tinted. Highly recommend this Awesome Company!!

Set up an appointment to have the 7 windows done on my Ford Focus. Arrived and was greeted, and helped as soon as I walked in. Was explained the service I had set up, and went over things to make sure I was getting what I wanted. Was told 2, to 2 1/2 hours for the job to be completed. And due to a cancellation, I had both techs working on my vehicle (lucky me!), and I was out the door in less than 1 hour! My car looks amazing now, and I'll tell anyone and everyone who asks about you guys. Thank you!!
