Jay is awesome. When my friend Michele took me to Black Diamond i was unsure of their work. She has had all of her tattoos done at Black Diamond and by one guy named Jay. When i met Jay, he seemed pretty cool, laid back and had a few different looks for the koi i was getting done. when he did my koi fish, I was hooked. He made it look exactly the way it was designed with some extra touches. He did an awesome job on several tattoos which include,( my joker, shark,pumpkin and my bat). Black Diamond is hands down the best shop in central Pa! I moved over an hour and a half away and come back to get all my work done.
