Anthony put in our new water heater for us. We had a few dripping pipes and other things that may have caused many people a little frustration. Not only did Anthony answer questions but he also worked with Orem City for them to come check out the main line. He went far and beyond my expectations. He explained the work he was doing and put in some extra screws so pipes would stay secure. A very happy and friendly guy. Thanks Anthony for your hard work. Job welll done!
The Service Guy (Brett) from Black Diamond Electric was very helpful and knowledgable! He was not only goodlooking but was very efficient in his work! He explained everything that was being done in a way we could understand. He always worked with a smile on his face! I will use and recommend Black Diamond Electric for their service and expertise! Jared was prompt, knowledgeable and did good work. I had some big issues with what I felt was too high of rates for the services that were performed, but the office and Jared worked it out with me until I was happy.
Finishing my basement and called to get a quote from Black diamond electric. Being based in Orem traveling around twenty minutes would be to much a commute for them to give me a competitive bid. At least they called and canceled.
Half of my power went out Sunday morning of Memorial Day weekend. It took me a day and half to figure out that I needed an electrician, and right away, and in the afternoon of Memorial Day. I called other 24 hour companies and talked to dispatchers and was told those companies charged several hundred dollars just for the dispatch fee. I had Dan, Jared and Jason come out to my home on three differant occations, as I was remodeling I needed there services several times and all three times they were on time, did the jobs I needed done and answered all my questions, pricing was fair, great job guys. I had Jason with Black diamond Electric come to my home after hours to figure out why half of my house was out of power. He showed up on time and found the problem very quickly. He repaired it and was very fair on pricing. I would recommend them to anyone!
Black diamond electric came to my house and repaired a melted outlet, and installed some new lights in my garage. they were very great to work with and i would recommend them to anyone!!!
