I have used Black Diamond for over a decade. They installed my AC and furnace. I was worried because I felt my AC was really loud this season. I was able to book my appointment with ease. Nick S was the technician who came on site. He let me know that my unit was a little loud but that it was operating just fine. He did an AC tune up and educated my partner and me about ways we can improve to maximize the AC air flow, such as insulation since our home is older. Great experience!
Our kitchen drain had a clog. They were able to send a technician within a few hours of me calling them. Jordan was the plumber who came to our home and was fantastic! He was professional, answered all my questions, gave me options, but did not feel pushy at all, and gave lots of tips to prevent the clog from returning. He was absolutely great! Thank you!
Dan provided a spring AC maintenance. He was professional and courteous. I'm pleased with his work.
Filmer did a great job fixing our drywall on our ceiling and wall. Both of the spots look so clean and amazing, you can't tell anything was wrong before.
Todd was available immediately and showed up sooner than expected which was perfect. He did a great job of switching out all our switches in our newly remodeled basement and did it fast .
