Bryan was fantastic!!!!
It's unfortunate, they used to be very consistent and reliable, but the last two jobs I've done with them have been a mess. Many missed appointments, you just can't rely on them anymore. Edit: When I called an AI informed me my appointment has been delayed yet again... Stellar service...
My technician Jose was great. He is very likeable, respectful, honest and experienced.
UPDATED 19-Sept-2025 As you can see below, Black Diamond responded to my feedback by inviting me to call them. I called and spoke with someone in Revenue Accounting who told me someone in charge would call me back to discuss my concerns. It's been 4 days and no one has called me back.
