Rescheduling, dishonesty, and headache. My 9:00 a.m.-10:00 a.m. appointment was rescheduled with hardly any notice and I was told it would be closer to 12:00 p.m. Then 1:30 p.m. rolls around and after multiple phone calls to Black Diamond I was told that the install may have to be pushed to another day. Due to the heat and having little kids I pushed for install on the contracted day.
