I participated in a Black Diamond experience as a corporate team building activity and it was so much fun! Kris and Tim graciously welcomed us to their beautiful home and led us through making bruschetta and fresh pasta. The class was thoughtfully paced to leave us plenty of time to socialize. The food and wine were delicious. Highly recommend for a group outing in Franklin!
My husband and I received a gift card for a cooking class at Black Diamond as a wedding gift. Kris welcomed us into her home and tailored a private lesson for us. She taught us knife skills, how to make delicious Spaghetti Bolognese from scratch, and finished it off with homemade cannolis. We had a wonderful evening with her! She even sent us home with all of the leftovers!
Wonderful class! Kris and Tim were great hosts and left us a lot of tips and tricks to use!
Such an amazing experience with incredibly knowledgeable people. We learned a lot of great history, a lot of good food techniques, and have an evening of really lovely company.
