Nancy have you stepped back and considered that the estimate Black Diamond gave you was what they could actually fix your car for or that Nationwide being one of the largest insurers in this State a lower estimate of damages might save you on premiums in the long run? Or is it maybe just a case of not a large enough payout in your Pocket and not a case of your familys safety at all?
I was very unhappy with the insurance estimate they gave me, as the initial estimate was less than half of what two other body shops told me it would take to fix my car. When I argued, he bumped his estimate up by around \$500, but thats still \$200-\$300 less than what it will take to actually fix my car. They are lowballing me to try to please Nationwide, totally looking out for the big client and not me or my familys safety.
Well they might have been nice to a police officer,who wouldnt be. Ive talked with several of their customers,as well as a few of their former employees, they are shady, and Id be careful dealing with these people!
