These guys are amazing. I had a minor accident and was a little stressed. Another body shop had just told me they couldn't get me in for 2 weeks. Angie at State Farm suggested Black Diamond. When I got there, Nathan handled everything. I was so impressed when I picked up the car. It looked fantastic outside and inside. I absolutely recommend them to everyone. They are professional and their work is excellent!

Just picked up my daughter s Jeep Grand Cherokee. The folks at Black Diamond were professional, courteous, and timely in their repair. Ken was able to find salvage parts for many of the repairs and saved me lots of money. The car looks great!!!!! I give them a very high recommendation.

I had my car repaired by them by the recommendation of my insurance agent, bad idea. Yeah, the staff was somewhat friendly, but I felt "rushed" by them, dropping off my car and picking it back up. In any case, when I got my car back, I immediately noticed several over sprayed areas where the paint became runny and dried, the replaced part did not fit flush with the body line, there was a visible part that was not even replaced that was broken, and the interior of my car had "stains" all over it. My wife had two car accidents in one month. The first we had repaired at Armstrong ford in hickory. HUGE mistake. They did a crappy job, they quoted me one week and it took them three weeks and i had to take it back twice. After the second accident i decided to try Black Diamond and i got the car back today. It is perfect. Absolutely flawless. I couldnt be happier. And it was finished exactly when Ken said it would be. I wont go to any other body shop again. I would recommend them to anyone.

i had my jeep fixed there bad idea there was a werid smell in my car for the next couple of days and two days after i got my car back the part that they supposley fixed cracked with means all they did was bondo it i will necer take another car there.

black diamond did a terrible job on my car...yes they give a warranty but why would i want to take my car back to them time and time again(already went back once) when they should have got the job right the first time. the more i look at my car the more i notice they were not careful and scratched the interior and the greasy hand prints on my head liner just topped it off. they were supposed to have it cleaned because it came with their services but they couldnt get that right either. not only the greasy handprint on the hea... read more

Ive been working with this shop for years now. Ive never walked out of there feeling like theyve done me wrong. He has always taken care of me and Ive always got my car back better than it was before any damage was done. Always professional and friendly. Skeets on the other hand, are the ones to watch out for.
