A stunned and happy customer 2009-04-15 We took a Black and Decker battery string trimmer in to try to solve a problem. We had only used it maybe 10 times tops and it flat would not run. This man was a true gem and gentleman (unfortunately we failed to get his card or his name). I am a cranky old woman and am so sick of the type of "not my job" but be "glad to rip you off" attitude that prevails in sales and service today.
