They were there for 15mins tops, one of the workers was too distracted by my daughters watching Harry Potter that he didn’t even help the other person he was working with. Showed up stating they were there to clean the fireplace despite being hired/told they were cleaning a chimney. I’m not sure how they inspected the chimney cap or anything else for that matter since they refused to climb up and look down the chimney and cleaned it from the fireplace up. Very displeased.

These people are a God send! They came out after hours this evening and before the snow storm to install a pellet stove for my elderly neighbor. She sat on her bed crying, thanking them and telling them how much this meant to her. Made my soul smile! I would definitely recommend this company time and time again.
I purchased a Regency catalytic stove. I like the stove, although a little pricey, it cranks out a good amount of heat.
