I moved into a house that had a pipe missing under the bathroom sink. Shower didn't work in the 2nd bathroom. The backdoor had a 4 inch gap in its bracket. They had to replace refrigerator. This was the worst move in experience of my life. They repaired everything but why didn't anyone do a walk through. Now I had a drawer face just come off and molding on the top come off. I'm not sure what type of blinds are on the backdoor but they just fall off and break. Almost forgot the toilet seat was cracked. I would never go throug... read more
I’ve lived in Las Vegas for many years and all over town, and this is hands down the worst property management company I have ever dealt with. I will absolutely be moving out as soon as my lease is up. I renewed for a second year because I didn’t want to move so quickly, but I truly regret it. In the end, they only cost their client a long-term tenant because I would have gladly stayed for years under competent management.
