After reading some reviews, I, too, wanted to give mine. Hopefully, B&C can take some accountability in some of their replies back to people who rent properties from them... My sister and I lived in an apartment managed by Black and Cherry for a year, and while the location was great and the complex itself was nice, our experience with B&C was not. It’s a hassle renting through them. I wrote a bad review before and they contacted me to remove it. I’m not removing this one. The community I live in is rented through them and I can no longer access the property through entering the code. I left BC a voicemail letting them know I was informed by Mannetta HOA when I contacted them (after sitting outside the gate 10 minutes) I would need a remote and it’ll cost $10 or have my name added to the call box all this was included in my voicemail to BC.
