Writing this makes me really sad, but as much as I have always loved their black cat bomb I don't think I'm going to ever go back. I go in today and the guy behind the counter isn't wearing a mask and is talking to another customer about how it is basically covid is not a big deal, it's like the flu and you can just get a vaccine for it. Unfortunately, I have a friend who got it really bad and now struggles to live her daily life due to it messing up her lungs. I am the owner of the Black Cat in Ashland WI and I believe you have the wrong Coffeehouse. We do not serve anything called the black cat bomb, I have no male baristas, and we enforce a very strict mask policy which all staff are on board with. We also do not allow indoor seating to keep staff safe.

I love this place!! The atmosphere is so relaxing and cozy! And the coffee and food is delicious! 5 stars!

The Black Cat is my living room away from home. It's comfy and welcoming and features a great selection of coffee and non-coffee drinks plus food for every meal of the day.
