Very artistic and professional. I had a custom 30th anniversary cake made for my friends and it turned out amazing. Not only did the cake look good it tasted fantastic! My daughter got married last Saturday in Ronan and Lisa knocked it out of the park. Everyone raved over the cake and macaroons. We had a naked Lemon Chardonnay cake with fresh lemon curd filling and huckleberries along with huckleberry macaroons. The cake was so good and moist and the macaroons were excellent!!! Horrible customer service, employees are very short tempered and rude, management lacks authority as well as problem solving skills, overpriced, and an overall horrible experience. Save your money don't even bother. Id go to Starbucks over black cat ever again. If I could rate them zero stars, I would. Way to lose a daily customer black cat!!
July 4th my daughter was married in Missoula. Black Cat Bakery did an amazing job! The young lady that delivered everything was so professional and polite! The cake started to melt, she took it back and fixed it. All of the little side desserts were equally as wonderful. The red velvet wedding cake was the best I have ever had,. Thank you for doing such a good job!
I didn't plan well for a Pretty Little Liars finale party my friends and I were throwing! I called all over Missoula to have cookies made in the letter "A" everyone gave me the same answer "needed at least 3 days heads up!" When I called black cat I expected the same but I was wrong! They went above and beyond and had the order done in hours! The cookies were better than we could have expected! Thank you so much for your amazing baked goods and even more amazing customer service! You have a customer for life!
The people are so friendly and the food is exceptional. The most beautiful cakes in Missoula. Try their Cathead Biscuits and Gravy. You will fall in love.
My friend I happened to stop in while Visiting Missoula over the weekend and I bought a small Huckleberry pie. I love Huckleberry and your pie was the best pie I have ever haved in my life!
Great place to stop for quick breakfast. Very good savory croissants, and good coffee. The Craters are amazing and Thursday thru Saturday they have very good biscuits and gravy. All in all, one of my favorite stops.
Friendly atmosphere with down to earth people. Great food, with a good selection of baked goods. The biscuits and gravy were awesome, and the croissant's are to die for.
