This is the worst customer service and quality every. I booked my appointment 2 months in advance for my daughter while she was staying with her dad in Houston. I called and spoke with at least 6 different salons I settled with this Black Butterfly salon after the prices I was quoted, location and reading a few reviews. I had booked my daughter to get her hair braided 3 Saturday's in a row. When I made this appointment I clarified exactly what my daughter's hair type was and exactly what I needed done to her hair. The customer service was awesome and the stylist had me out in a very reasonable amount of time. Make sure you're clear on how you want your hair but you won't be disappointed!!
