First and foremost I just want to say what a professional Doug is and what a joy it is to work with him and his assistant Taylor. I’ve had nothing but great experiences either trying to sell a house or buying one he takes his time he’s thorough and very patient.

We are new to the real estate game, we have owned a duplex for about four years and aquired a fourplex last June. It has been difficult to collect rent at our duplex but we did not mind because we lived at the property. When we aquired the fourplex we quickly realized we were in over our heads.
