Great place to train for both kids and adults. The instructors are very motivating and the atmosphere is fun and family friendly. Definitely worth a visit. I wish I lived closer to get there more often.
BBMAC has such experienced and knowledgeable Instructors and such a fantastic bunch of supportive and friendly people, of all ages. My reason to start was mainly for my health and to be fit. I was intimidated to start my first class with all the Black Belt members, but once I started, the friendly and fun atmosphere was so enjoyable. Great environment for you and your kids. All I can say is if you ever had any interest in trying Muay Thai, it's the place for you. Great instructors and you will train with an absolutely fantastic group of people. Lots of overlapping class times, so you can train while your kids get top notch tae kwon do instruction with knowledgeable and caring instructors.
