I am so glad I happened upon a Groupon deal for this spa because I never heard of it. I had the absolute best experience. I had the infrared sauna, luxurious body scrub with vichy shower. My skin feels so soft. It was two hours of pure relaxation. Asia did a great job. I will be back for other services.
Jo was fabulous throughout the process. She explained each step and gave honest guidance on what procedures would be most beneficial to me ... which were different as well as less expensive than what I thought. Of course, I've booked my next procedure. It's a journey and I'm glad Jo and Black Bella are partnering with me.

Any time a business feels the need to go back and forth with you and then gaslights you, please run. The communication between the owner and their employee is like playing telephone. The vibe was off as soon as the employee lead me to the back. Nonetheless I got a refund for the consultation so I’m good, but the post appointment text was crazy.
