OMG! I can not describe my experience adequately. Let me start by saying it is beautiful. The personnel are warm and welcoming. Then the facial. I have had many facials but nothing like this one from Gaspria. Let me say I was floating. Followed by the body scrub. It was perfection. I will be back. Thanks to my daughter who told me about her experience.Loved it
Jo customer service is spectacular! Super professional, and educates you on the service. She guides you on your transformation journey and checks in with you consistently while the services are being performed. I would recommend her to my family, friends and co-workers. I will continue to come to this facility as long as she works here. She had a very sweet and comforting personality as well. Thank you, Jo for such a wonderful experience!
Lovely establishment! Asia was amazing and very informative. She answered all my questions and was amazingly pleasant. Definitely recommend this place!
I am so glad I happened upon a Groupon deal for this spa because I never heard of it. I had the absolute best experience. I had the infrared sauna, luxurious body scrub with vichy shower. My skin feels so soft. It was two hours of pure relaxation. Asia did a great job. I will be back for other services.
Jo was fabulous throughout the process. She explained each step and gave honest guidance on what procedures would be most beneficial to me ... which were different as well as less expensive than what I thought. Of course, I've booked my next procedure. It's a journey and I'm glad Jo and Black Bella are partnering with me.
