Black Bella Spa, has an outstanding customer service team, Josei is very knowledgeable and has created her own training for body sculpting! I truly appreciate all of the staff that has taken time to customize each treatment I needed, the massage, body sculpting and facials are so very relaxing! The esthetic is very warming and therapeutic. If you need to book your next spa day contact Black Bella Spa! I found this beautiful space via Groupon and went today for the infrared sauna, body scrub and Vichy shower. PERFECTION. I was greated warmly by JuJu (sp), and Gaspara was my Esthetican. A quick temp check and a mask was provided, and I appreciated the safety. The space itself is absolutely GORGEOUS. Meticulously designed and clean. OMG! I can not describe my experience adequately. Let me start by saying it is beautiful. The personnel are warm and welcoming. Then the facial. I have had many facials but nothing like this one from Gaspria. Let me say I was floating. Followed by the body scrub. It was perfection. I will be back. Thanks to my daughter who told me about her experience.Loved it
Jo customer service is spectacular! Super professional, and educates you on the service. She guides you on your transformation journey and checks in with you consistently while the services are being performed. I would recommend her to my family, friends and co-workers. I will continue to come to this facility as long as she works here. She had a very sweet and comforting personality as well. Thank you, Jo for such a wonderful experience!
