So I called to place a togo order. It took about 5 min for the phone to be picked up and the lady placed me on hold after another 5 minutes someone else picked up and I started to place an order but asked a question about a side and she placed me on hold again. I was able to finish shopping and drive 20 minutes by the time I got to the restaurant I had been on hold for 30 minutes.
