Finding a mechanic is hard. Finding one you trust is harder. I was referred to Black Bear by multiple people and I am not disappointed. I stopped in this morning with no appt. (I did call last week and was told stop in). Hank took time from his schedule to check one of my sliding doors on my minivan as it would not open. I thought it was a sensor which are stupidly expensive but nope a cable which Hank just dis-engaged at NO CHARGE mind you and boom now I have a working door. So thankful... I was pleasantly surprised to have found Black Bear Auto on my own. I had an emergency repair request on my vehicle and no one in the general area would take me. Black Bear was more than welcoming. He fixed the problem immediately and I was shocked at the very minimum cost of repair. I can't say enough good things about the attentive service and knowledge of the owner. Thank you. I will be continuing with Black Bear Auto.
