If you are seeking an honest shop that will perform the work correctly the first time, then Black Bear is the shop for you. I only wish we would have found them sooner. Great staff, great work, great communication, and great pricing. I will definitely be going back.
Hank does a great job! Very honest. My power steering was whining and I thought that it may have to be replaced. He looked at it and noticed it was only a problem with a hose. He fixed the hose and treated me very fair. I definitely recommend.
Hank runs a great shop. Fair prices, great work. He won't tell you that you need service when you really don't, like some service facilities.
