Great food reasonably priced...quick service w a smile. Bar staff is exceptional!
Terrible service and ownership underpaid cooks miserable work enviorment employees have low morale very depression place for a restaraunt food is average Andie is a good cook however place deserves negative stars.
(Kissimmee location) The food was good. You get a lot of meat for the price. You get one side and then either soup or salad. The rolls are homemade and tasted good. Food came out quick. The only complaint we had was the smell when you walk in. For some reason it smells like pee and it stays in your nose the whole time. If we didn't order our drinks quickly we may have left. Great service though.

The food was phenomenal and the service was just as good. Literally, everything we ate was delicious!! We really enjoyed my husband's birthday meal. In fact, he said it was the best birthday dinner he's had in years. Alex the manager and all his staff treated us like family. We're in Orlando all the time and they've made customers for life!
Called for meal for 6persons - 5 of us ate our meal when 6th persons food arrived ! Mushrooms arrived when food finished . Manager did make up for it with discount . But then I've been charged 3 bill amounts on my card now spending hour on phone trying sort it out so €380 held on my account as pending instead of €118 . Poor poor thing to do when on holidays ! Shame on you. Warning go with them when they swiping your card ! Food was good do ! Update money has been refunded but an awful shame this happened
